I have tons of different kinds of woodpeckers including the big Pileated. I have multiple suet feeders but the woodpeckers took to this suet feeder almost immediately. I am a happy camper now.

At this price, a must.only down side, birds prefer a perch, so we added a coated hanger piece thru middle, bent on each side now we get 4 birds at a time. Year round use. Nice to have color.

I would not recommend this feeder because of this. I bought this from Fleet Farm and it does not have the silver perch attachment that all of the other Homestead triple bin feeders have.

It hold twice or more as much feed so less refilling. Birds love it too! Bought this a while back and in seems to work pretty well. Slight issue with the flow out so you may want to slightly widen to holes.

I am pleased with the design and the quality of these bird houses.

It was a great price Very Satisfied with the quality of these wood duck boxes. And quite a few of them commented about having to perform minor modifications, so make the top "removable" so after the ducks fledged, the nesting debris could be removed.

It's solidly built, I can see it will not sag or rot like past wooden feeders that would only last a year. Platform feeders are difficult to find, and usually expensive. Perfect for the ducks,herons,egrets, & ibises.

So far the persistent squirrels have not found a way to get past the baffles. And it works as a rain sun shield for my bird feeder so its great. They had the item I wanted, and a great price, and shipped it quickly.
