This feeder falls apart easily, even when it's exposed to harsh weather. I contacted the company and they happily mailed me a new one, free of charge. I will never purchase this brand again!

Very disappointing. Better that than finding them crawling inside feeder and eating all the seed I guess. Not sure how but they did. Thought it was a great feeder until the squirrels figured it out.

I bought this feeder to replace an identical model that I'd purchased several years prior. Due to wind, the feeder twisted the feeder off the stainless connecting rod and the feeder fell to the ground, shattering the plastic.
