Highly recommend! Blue jays were able to use it but with some difficulty. You can use it as a birdbath and just sprinkle your bird seed on the ground below it, or take the round plastic bath part out and use it as a feeder.

Having said this, the birds love them and they line up waiting to feed. The feeder has been up 1 week. Easy to fill and clean is another plus. Bought this recently. The orioles are becoming accustomed to this very different style feeder.

Tried this spring again & finally gave up on it. Not worth the money The item was as described. It seems to be fairly sturdy especially for hummers. Leaks at both ends. You cannot get rubber gaskets on end to keep from leaking.

Nice try but no cigar on this one. Definitely not a deal breaker. Once in a while a little metallic clink in the wind. Small squirrels climbed the pole right up through the slinky and came out the top stretched out part.

Not sure why such an aggressive adhesive was used - a hang tag would have been better. When I pulled it off (trying to be careful), it pulled off paint AND wood from where it had been stuck.

Remember, get trays. I received on feeder and tray for Father's day and was really impressed on the way birds could sit and eat. Since that time I have purchased three more. Also the food was eaten and not blowing all over.
