Works like it's supposed to! Well made and works GREAT! Does a very good job of keeping the squirrels out of the bird feeders. Came up Fleet Farm. Got so disgusted, I looked up squirrel baffle at nearest store to our home.

Once Finch found after using only socks I have been amazed how many show up. The socks are easy to rinse when dirty and replaceable when torn. Very pleased with purchase, I really like the feeder as do the chickadees.

The screws snapped when trying to insall, but no big deal, just got better ones. Does exactly what it's supposed to.

A coat of Min Wax stain (to seal the wood) and then two coats of polyurethane satin finish. The feeder is, in fact, put together with staples. I filled all of the surface holes with exterior grade wood putty.

Better that than finding them crawling inside feeder and eating all the seed I guess. They are small enough to fit inside the wire caging and will sit there and eat for hours. Yes it keeps the big gray squirrels from getting the bird seed.

The second set I used the hook option. They seemed to like the flower right from the start even with two different style feeders being within a few feet. I bought 4 and am delighted that I did, the Hummingbirds love these feeders and so do I.

I got the house bird feeder,the birds like one side but will eat it all eventually.

That one fell apart in two weeks. I will never purchase this brand again! I bought one, and it fell apart within a WEEK of having it hanging outside. I contacted the company and they happily mailed me a new one, free of charge.
