Seems to be in good shape and ready to go to work! This item is a Gleaner 238 corn head.

It also can be modified to fit a combine with lateral tilt by moving up top beam and replacing side plates with different ones from AGCO. This looks to be a decent head, but it will need to be repaired before you can use it in the field.
