I want to rent a small farm for vegetables In an area close to Metropolitan Washington DC (MD Eastern or South shore, Delaware coast) to plant vegetables, fruits, flowers with my wife and 3 small kids.
Stalls and pastures available to rent also. Barn has two apartments, beautiful flower garden, area for vegetable garden, garage, plenty of storage, 3 inside stalls and 3 stalls that can be accessed from both interior and exterior doors.
We may need to build temp (removable) greenhouse and a small equipment shed (unless land owner has a barn or shed to rent together). May build temp greenhouse (removable). Renting period is to be of min 3 years.
