Not sure why such an aggressive adhesive was used - a hang tag would have been better. When I pulled it off (trying to be careful), it pulled off paint AND wood from where it had been stuck.

I got my first Pileated 2 days after hanging it on my deck. I especially like it for that reason but I also appreciate that the woodpeckers can eat naturally in a vertical position with the tail prop design.
