I brought this for the first time, about a month ago. Loved watching all the birds enjoy it. Birds didn't seem to care, eat around them. The squirrels where so funny trying to sit on it to eat.

Not squirrel-proof. The doors that come down to shut off access when a squirrel stands on the perch are PLASTIC and the squirrels just chew through them and can the eat as much as they want.
