It hold twice or more as much feed so less refilling. Slight issue with the flow out so you may want to slightly widen to holes. We have been looking for a long time for a bird feeder to replace our old one.

I very good caged bird feeder for the little birds. Cage keeps the crows and other larger birds from destroying the inner plastic tube feeder. Once open, it is near impossible to put back together.
