It includes arugula, chervil, endive, mache, four lettuces (Oak Leaf, Prizeleaf, Red Salad Bowl, Green Ice), radicchio and upland cress. This classic mesclun is a feast for the eyes and a gourmet treat.

A gourmet blend containing 15% each of lettuces (Black-Seeded Simpson, Red Salad Bowl, Lollo Rossa and Royal Oak Leaf) with 20% arugula Rocket and 20% radicchio Red Verona.
