Add a fourth pan of fresh boiling water along with the carrot, onion and celery, salt and let boil until beans are tender. We clean the windows and floors, and wash the curtains, so that everything shines and smells good.
Finally, here comes January, when even I get bored. Time flies, summer goes by so fast, as I keep busy not just digging and weeding, but also harvesting the fruits and vegetables of my hard work.
