I works well for sidewalk de-icer, but for rock salt it does not work great. The salt is too coarse to drop into the spreader 100% of the time.

I bought these for my Cub Cadet lawn tractor when I push snow with my snow blade paired up with a 70 lb sand tube on the back the traction is great these are the cheapest I found in my area but very good quality I would recommend them.

I bought this for ice fishing and it works great for clearing the snow where I want to put my shelter or around my tip-ups. Would also be good to have in a vehicle for most conditions.

Has been great for walks and stairs. I've owned several Big Foot products and always been pleased with the quality. Makes fun work out of shoveling. It worked great all winter and still looks and works great.
