Took it the to local Ariens dealer. After reading more and more reviews online it's clear that Ariens products are junk and their customer service is worse! So much for made in America...

It has been used twice to blow leaves and debris off my patio after strong wind events. Works very well; even with wet leaves. Based on my limited use with this model, as well as my previous experience with Toro, I will recommend it.

So far the problems are minor and it starts great. Started up and worked great! The chute moves from the vibration, so I had to readjust it often. Only other complaint is if the shoot is pointed straight ahead or all the way to the sides it's stable otherwise...
