Both items are complete. Tires hold air but are not in good shape. The tractor has straight sheet metal and the following work has been done - rebuilt mag, starter, generator, carberator, and the clutch plates have been replaced.
The rear tires are 18.4R-38 and have about 60% of the tread remaining. The transmission shifts well and has no known problems (12F - 4R). The front tires are 380/85R28 and have about 75% of the tread remaining.
