(4x4's would have been nicer but no lumberyard locally carried them.) The tops are angled so rain doesn't sit on the posts, eventually rotting them. This will allow a little more room for me to walk between the rows without taking up more ground-level...
It has a totally different look than the rose campion. Liquid fertilizer is easy to use, but you need to water your plants first with regular water and after a few hours water with the mixture of water and the proper amount of fertilizer.
However, despite their blooming frequently, flowers last maybe a few hours before they shrivel in the wind, or literally get blown off.This took us a bit by surprise... Not realistic, sadly.
