Camphor-rosemary scent. (Spanish lavender) The standard form with narrow, grey downy leaves and dark violet flowers.

Glossy dark green evergreen leaves with pale yellow edges; violet blue flowers. One of the few herbs that adds colour to shady areas.

Choice addition to any rosemary collection. Graceful branching habit densely covered with strongly scented leaves. Attractive narrow-leaf form with light purple flowers.

Gros Bleu is quickly becoming a standard in the Pacific Northwest where it is widely grown for fresh and dried bouquets, potpourris, and for landscape use. Compared to Grosso, its flowers are deeper purple, and the aroma is sweeter.

Often confused with O'Rourke, another variation on Celeste that was officially released by LSU. Fruits are bigger and more numerous than those of Celeste. From the fig breeding program at Louisiana State University but never released officially.

A superior selection for commercial field production. Leaves are smaller and have a whiter appearance compared to standard garden sage. Has a very desirable clean aroma and flavour, with little of the bitterness found in other sage varieties.

It is a low creeper, but we hesitate to call it that because it is not aggressive like other creeping thymes. It is more of a "mounder", forming bushy mounds of tightly knit dark green leaves that are edged with creamy-white.

In traditional Chinese medicine the whole plant is used to clear heat and to detoxify, and is widely used for pancreatic cancer. The juice of the leaves is used to stop bleeding. Excellent drought tolerant groundcover for the garden.
