Great Fillet Knife I have 2 of them now The comfortable grip is one thing you will notice right away. After that, it is quiet gears, sharpness and the blades stay put.

Does fantasic job. Already haves used them several times.

I used it a few times I like it would tell other people it is the best I bought 2 years ago you can NOT mix pan fish. But it dose a good job, it dose take about 15 min. Per batch of blue's about 20 fish 7-9" and about 1.5 gal of water.

Plastic drain doesn't fit right. Would appreciate instructions.
