This style feeded is absolutely the best! The feeder 'blooms' are angled precisely right in order to allow the hummers to feed and not allow heavy rain to dilute the food. 8oz is the right size for enough nectar, but not so much it spoils before the hummers...

When I pulled it off (trying to be careful), it pulled off paint AND wood from where it had been stuck. It was really difficult to remove - the adhesive was very strong. Just received this, and pulled the label off, which covered about 40% of one side...

The Goldfinches love these socks and they are easy to eat from. Sometimes I have 10 or 11 on a sock at one time. Chickadees and House Finches also use them. Goldfinches' favorite feeder! I buy these every year for my finches I feed.

No turning upside down to fill. This was perfect. We bought this one, filled it half full of sugared water (1:4), and had a hummingbird drinking in 2 days. Birds love it too Just fill through the top.

The only thing that could be better is if the clear plastic tube was more heavy duty. Works great for almost all sizes of birds.
