Simmer, boil or bake the tall, plump, brilliantly red stalks—nothing fades the rich color and intense flavor! Excellent yields, plenty for processing. Zones 3-8 (2 with some winter protection).

  • Depth: Plant divisions 3 - 4 inches below the soil surface. Plant early Spring for Fall, do not harvest stalks 1st season. Harvest freely the following seasons.
