Black Gelding For Sale In Colorado

I purchased this guy as a 4 year old for my young daughter to do endurance racing. He would be the perfect horse for a teenager or smaller adult with endurance aspirations. He has been our pet since.

He is EASY to be around, loaded, stands excellent for the farrier, clipping, Show preparation and loves attention. Registered black Percheron 18.0 hand Gelding with a great huge foot with a ton of bone.

Selling because we need a more beginner horse and he's too sensitive for us and has started to take advantage of our lack of experience. Lunges without issue. Loves people and gets along with other horses and dogs.

He's not been saddled or backed, but is ready for his next adventure. Since this picture, he's gained some top line muscle and a little girth. Long mane and tail, sweet eye, he's a head-turner and he's ready to go!

They don't come much more handsome than this. Would be best for an intermediate to experienced hand that can give him consistent work. Flat walks, stands. He has been gaited but we haven't asked him to rack recently.
