The biggest, most persistent of them won't even try anymore. Small squirrels climbed the pole right up through the slinky and came out the top stretched out part. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Very disappointed. This feeder expands the number of feeding opportunities for the hummers...each one can have their private feeder...no need for the chases to protect their feeding station.

I use it as a feeder and hang it near my real bird bath and it is a great way to attract birds. You can use it as a birdbath and just sprinkle your bird seed on the ground below it, or take the round plastic bath part out and use it as a feeder.

Nice idea but near impossible fill design...not worth $20 and the bag of seed lost. Once open, it is near impossible to put back together. I very good caged bird feeder for the little birds.
