I bought this feeder to replace an identical model that I'd purchased several years prior. Due to wind, the feeder twisted the feeder off the stainless connecting rod and the feeder fell to the ground, shattering the plastic.

Had to cut 3” off the end to make it easier. Once this stand is firmly in the ground, the feeder hangs less than 12” off the ground. It arrived quickly after ordering. The hummers started coming to it right away.
