I contacted the company and they happily mailed me a new one, free of charge. That one fell apart in two weeks. I bought one, and it fell apart within a WEEK of having it hanging outside.

Due to wind, the feeder twisted the feeder off the stainless connecting rod and the feeder fell to the ground, shattering the plastic. So, if you buy one, also make sure you use Loctite to secure the stainless rod into the base of the feeder.

The second set I used the hook option. They seemed to like the flower right from the start even with two different style feeders being within a few feet. The first set I used, suction cups didn't work.
