The only thing that could be better is if the clear plastic tube was more heavy duty. Works great for almost all sizes of birds.

We love to feed the birds and not the squirrels. The baffles protect the feeders from the squirrels. It's comical to watch the squirrels try acrobatics and get past this baffle. The product described was exactly what I was searching for.

Can clearly see when feed is low. PROS: Looks really nice. Most importantly, it does NOT defeat squirrels. When I set to the most sensitive setting a small red squirrel had some trouble but a big, fat grey squirrel had no problem.

Also, lowering, refilling, and raising the feeder can be done without any sort of step or ladder. This hanger allowed me to easily relocate our bird feeder so the deer could not reach the feeder.
