Can clearly see when feed is low. CONS: since it's one-sided, only one bird feeds at a time. Most importantly, it does NOT defeat squirrels. You must buy the Perky-Pet Transparent Squirrel Baffle to make this feeder work; otherwise I would return it.

It seems to be fairly sturdy especially for hummers. I like that it can feed more than the normal feeder. You cannot get rubber gaskets on end to keep from leaking. Leaks at both ends.
