Must be issue with tire. Rear tires have 15K+ miles of tread remaining, and this is from a guy who pays little attention to air pressures. I recently upgraded to larger tires for my truck.

The traction on compact snow and ice with these tires just isn't very good without studs. I suppose that's to be expected, but I put stud-less snow tires on my wifes car and you can barely tell the difference.

Like the title says. Everyone is concerned with the snow, but what is more dangerous is the Black Ice and the Slush. This is necessary GEAR for upstate NY. It will make your car wipe out fast.
