A very poor design. The grippers are very secure for my purposes and i dont even need to use the rubber bands that they come with. Very well made, easy to install I attempted 2 separate times to get it replaced with no luck.

Do NOT rely on the instructions and go to the YouTube video instead. It takes about an hour to put together and then another hour or so to attach the universal mount to the bike. I used our weight room where we had rubber mats etc.

It appears well made but the spacing between the ball mounting hole and the clevis hole are too close together for some ball flanges. Had to look at several stores to find one with a small diameter mounting flange.

Poor quality control on this product. Product is one size fits most. If I turn my head it pulls the Velcro apart. I am an average size man. The Pro Series Rider Dust Mask protects your mouth and nose from harmful dust as you head down the trail.

It still works great when located on the front of our Gator, it may be fine on a different ATV/UTV. This is a very useful hitch. It does not protrude far enough from my rear tires and can cause issues when turning tight with a trailer.
