ELC Brighton August-September 2008 I taught English to international students. I was responsible for teaching and organizing trips and activities. BSc Hons Viticulture and Oenology.

The altitude is between 800-1000m with vines growing on nutrient poor decomposed granite and sand which reduces yields. This role was a full time laboratory based position requiring the synthesis and analysis of sulfate oxidizing enzymes in e.coli .
